This Oak Bluffs Victorian cottage was built in 1900 in the gingerbread style of its neighbors and is part of the Cottage City Historic District. D. Best rebuilt and painted the wraparound porch, repaired trim and replaced the roof. The work included rebuilding 14 decorative porch posts and railings to match the existing ones.
